Tubetti are small hollow tubes of pasta classically used in soups. Known as “Kofto” in Greek, this delicious hollow pasta is also the perfect shape for a wide array of sauces and casseroles. At Misko, we have been making traditional Italian-style pasta in Greece since 1927. In Greece, Tubetti are sometimes used in the classic dish known as “Youvetsi” or “Giouvetsi.” Each family has its own version of this heartwarming casserole, often made with ground lamb or beef, bathed in a light tomato sauce (sometimes seasoned with garlic and cinnamon) and topped with cheese.
